Accessing our store, placing an order, or contacting us means accepting these terms and the policies linked in the footer. Customers must act lawfully and may not attack, disrupt, exploit, or misuse store functions.

We seek accurate listings, but packaging, colors, and device displays can reasonably differ. Each order is a purchase offer that may be rejected, restricted, or canceled for stock, payment, address, fraud, error, or policy reasons. Displayed pricing, tax, authorization, delivery, and carrier-risk terms govern the transaction.

The Refund Policy controls refunds. Intellectual property remains protected, liability limitations apply only where lawful, and terms may change to reflect operational or legal needs without restricting rights that cannot be waived.
