Eligible orders are dispatched within the United States where checkout offers service. Order preparation generally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the expected carrier transit window is 3–5 business days, but arrival dates are estimates rather than promises and can be affected by weather, holidays, carrier events, incorrect addresses, or regional limitations.

Checkout determines whether free shipping applies and which delivery methods are available. Accurate address, email, and phone details are required. Tracking updates are provided when the carrier makes them available. For delay, suspected loss, a delivered scan with no parcel, or transit damage, send the order number, checkout email, tracking information, and relevant images.

Carrier, item, or destination restrictions may apply. Include the order number and checkout email whenever asking us to investigate a shipment.
